Research projects are undertaken from start to finish – inception, design, administration, fieldwork, analysis and reporting.

Research design is unique to each project. The design is tailored to the client’s requirements and the study objectives. Research techniques available include:

• Qualitative research – focus groups; in-depth interviews;
• Quantitative research – survey design, survey management, statistical analysis (including face-to-face, telephone and internet surveys)
• Desk research and literature review
