1. Maximum 30 years old
2. Minimum 2 years Experience in Supervising the team (Preferably in Research Company)
3. Minimum Passive English
4. Able to Operate the computer (at least MS Office)
5. Good Communication Skill
6. Preferably having own motorcycle
7. Can work under “ HEAVY ” pressure
8. Available to work overtime
